We stopped in Knoxville to meet Cristin, Cory, Addison, Nathan and Noah Bond. The best surprise for me was meeting Daisy, their yellow lab. I finally found someone who likes to play as much as I do, and we went to town. The backyard was a little wet and muddy but the only people that cared about that were all two legged.
From there we hit the road and came upon our first snow of the trip as soon as we entered Virginia. The only time we got out of the car was to gas up the car or let me pee as fast as possible. It was so cold!
We lost our last hour of the trip due to time zones and got to VA around 7pm. This time it was more of my Dad's family. Uncle Charlie and his son CJ were just about to leave, but stuck around to see me and catch up with everyone else briefly. Charlie reminds me of Santa Claus when he laughs, but he did not have any presents for me. However, my gramma Mimi did! I got this giant box of treats and a new "indestructible" bone as early Xmas gifts. I love my grandparents house. It's big and warm and I can tell I will have them wrapped around my little paw in no time.
2 more days until the real Santa is here!
